Refund policy

1. All returns must be approved prior to return shipment. Products that have been installed, used, or not in the original packaging are subject to discretion.  

WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING RETURNS ON BILLET/MACHINED ALUMINUM PARTS. 

2. Contact us at info@cruisermatts.com to begin a return. 

3. No returns after 30 days. 

4. Returns are subject to restocking fees and credit card fees. 

5. Return shipping not included for returns, unless there was an order error or defective part.
